At CAV India (“we”, “our”, “us”), we value your trust and strive to ensure a smooth experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed for purchases made through our website https://cavindia.com.
1. General Policy
- All purchases made on our Site are considered final, unless otherwise stated in this Policy.
- Refunds or cancellations are subject to the terms applicable to the specific service, product, or subscription purchased.
- By completing a purchase, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. Services
- Training / Educational Services: Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases where a course or session is canceled by CAV India.
- Consulting / Professional Services: Advance payments made are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
3. Digital Products / Software
- Due to the nature of digital products (downloads, licenses, subscriptions), all sales are final and non-refundable once access is granted or a license key is issued.
- If you face technical issues preventing access, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
4. Physical Products
- Refunds/returns are allowed only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product, with proof (images/video).
- Replacement or refund will be processed after verification.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
5. Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable.
- You may cancel a subscription anytime to avoid future billing, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Any transaction charges, payment gateway fees, or bank charges are non-refundable.
7. Cancellations by CAV India
- We reserve the right to cancel a service, order, or subscription due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., unavailability, errors, technical issues).
- In such cases, a full refund will be issued to you.
8. No-Show / Inactivity
- Failure to attend or use a service (such as a booked session or course) without prior cancellation is not eligible for a refund.
